The class is a fun workout which it suitable for all levels.
You can work at your own level and injuries are taken into account. The class consists of simple easy to follow exercises to great music.
All you need to bring is a drink of water and a mat or towel (we do floor exercises but alternatives are given if you don't like getting on the floor).
You can join in and pay weekly or pay for a course.

I have been amazed and hearted by members that have joined me on our coronacoaster of Fitness and Pilates virtual classes. I am delivering our classes on a Monday morning via a private facebook group using the live facility (you see me but unfortunately I cant see you having a sneaky cup of tea!). This allows me to teach the classes with members following me at those times. I also save the videos for members to catch up on the class at a later date if you cant join at the time of the broadcast or if you want to repeat it multiple times. For those members not using facebook I email a you tube link every Thursday of the same classes. It has been a steep learning curve for us all and sometimes the live videos can experience buffering but on the whole we have soldiered on successfully. Stay well and keep moving!

Fitness and Flexibility is an inclusive class and everyone is welcome. We meet Mondays 930am -10.15am at The Scout Hut, Fir Road, Bramhall. The class consists of a warm up, and then the main body of the class will consist of either aerobics, shadow boxing, circuits, salsacise followed by floorwork, toning and a stretch before you go. You are welcome to work as hard or as easy as you want to. You will need to come ready to exercise in T-shirt, leggings/tracksuit bottoms and trainers, bring a mat and a drink of water. You will need to complete a health screening questionnaire before participation We are a fun sociable group. Classes are closed bank holidays and some school holidays.
