Lockdown news
The card group are not meeting up together but we are working individually at home fulfilling orders. One of our group members, who has to isolate for three months, has been well supplied with material to keep her busy, so we are still making stock.
We have done quite well with orders and have made some money, all of which goes to our charity The Wellspring.
If you would like to place an order for cards please contact me,
Jill Rickman.
2021 Report: View
The four of us in our group started the year working individually at home on any orders, as well as delivering bags of cards to people so that they could look through them at their leisure, before we collected payment the next day. Once we were allowed to meet face to face we have been doing so twice a month and have managed to make £518.50 and send money to our charity, The Wellspring. Jill Rickman
2020 Report: View
As a card group we have not been meeting but we are all working individually at home.
We work on any orders that come through for our cards. We also deliver bags
of cards to people so that they can look through them at their leisure, and then we collect & take payment the next day.
This has been quite successful as we have raised £482 for "The Wellspring" in 2020.
We are continuing to put in new designs all the time to keep the interest going, but we are all looking
forward to returning to our monthly meetings.

2019 Report: View
Having taken over the card making group in October, we now meet at my house twice monthly. There are four members and we hope a new member will join us in January 2020. We are continuing to do a card stall at the monthly meeting as this has proved beneficial to our members and for " The Wellspring." In 2019 we raised the princely sum of £730.74 for the Wellspring . We are overwhelmed by that amount , but really pleased. I hope we can continue to do as well in 2020. Jill Rickman
